Reasons why we can propose a change in production method

  • Analysis by Deform 3D and die design and fabrication capabilities
    Cold forging of special and irregular shapes

  • We use 9-stage and 8-stage parts formers, which are rare in Japan, to achieve complex shapes only by cold forging.

  • Promises the highest quality with an automated system for defect recognition and good/failure determination that makes full use of camera and image processing technology.

  • Thin-walled shapes

    Thin-walled shapes, such as those made by a press, can be realized with a header, and projection shapes can also be formed.

  • Gear Shape

    After forming with a former, complex shapes are realized by rolling and cutting. Our expertise lies in our ability to produce high-precision gears and gear shapes without grinding.

  • Gear + square hole shape

    Succeeded in forging products that were conventionally sintered. The point is that the outer diameter is a gear shape while the inner diameter is a square hole shape, which is highly challenging and requires know-how in the mold and forming process.

  • Square shape

    In addition to the generally difficult square shape and narrow hole penetration, the brim trimming is also formed in the parts former. Secondary processing is reduced to the utmost limit.

  • STEP 01

    Requests and Consultations

    Please feel free to consult with us about your issues and problems, such as "We can't lower the cost any further," "It is too technically difficult to produce the product," or "We want to solve the quality problems that other companies are currently facing.

  • STEP 02

    Proposal from Arai parts

    We conduct hearings and meetings by phone, e-mail, remote conference system, etc., and make proposals to customers based on Aliparts' past achievements and mold design technology.

  • STEP 03

    Estimate

    We will submit a quotation and specification drawings based on your proposal.

  • STEP 04

    Mold fabrication and prototyping

    Based on the specification drawings, we start designing and manufacturing dies in house. We can also process prototypes in the presence of the customer.

  • STEP 05

    Mass Production

    If the prototype results are favorable, we will move on to mass production settlement. The average time to start up trial production is 3 months, but we can accommodate your needs upon consultation. Please feel free to contact us.
