The Cold Forging/VA/VE Center has more than 100 units of forging and rolling equipment, including a 9-stage parts former, the largest number in Japan, capable of handling high-precision and difficult-to-form products, and is capable of mass production for mega-suppliers and manufacturing products that meet the needs of various customers.
Compared to cutting, forging is far less expensive and more efficient, making it suitable for mass production. In addition, since there is little distortion caused by heat, we can stably manufacture high-precision products that approach those produced by machining.
The Cold Forging/VA/VE Center uses multiple inspection methods and inspection systems, including image processing inspection equipment, to assure product quality.
In addition to conventional visual inspections, mechanical inspections are conducted using image processing inspection equipment to automate the recognition of defective products and the determination of good or bad.
In recent years, quality requirements for products have become increasingly stringent, and we have introduced inspection equipment for special products to meet the demands of our customers.
