However, the quality was not stable, and the company concluded that it would not be profitable for mass production. We were asked to consult with our company.

We devised a molding process and proposed a 2D3B header + cutting process.

As you can see in the photo, the complicated shape of the product head and the horizontal hole (through hole) at the tip of the shaft were difficult points in considering the conversion of the process method.
