This product is formed using a parts former, but the difficulty of forming the gear shape by forging was so great that other companies could not handle it, so they asked us to do it for them. The gear shape is realized on the outer surface, and a special shape is machined on the inner surface.


For high-precision gears, processes such as rolling and grinding and finishing are required, but for the required accuracy, forming using a parts former was sufficient.
